NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 11, 2016 in Civil Case No. 36-2015-CA-051093 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 13 day of April, 2016 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 25, Block 30, Unit 5, Lehigh Acres, Section 22, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 75, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
