and commonly known as: 313 SE 1ST TER, CAPE CORAL, FL 33990; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: *Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes www.lee.realforeclose.com on April 13, 2016 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
