NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 11, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-052537 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, LIENORS AND OTHER PARTIES TAKING AN INTEREST UNDER ERNESTO L. FALCON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 3, Tract D, PINEWOOD CONDOMINIUM OF LEHIGH ACRES, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1012, Page 373, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
