NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050922, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and DOROTHY C. REA; GEORGE W. REA; MULTIBANK 2010-1 SFR VENTURE, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.; SUNSET TOWERS APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 13 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NUMBER 304A, OF SUNSET TOWERS APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF DATED MAY 27, 1966, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 359, AT PAGE 302, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
