UNIT 122-A, OF THE COURTYARDS OF CAPE CORAL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUMS THEREOF, RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1394, PAGE 905, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN DECLARATION THEREOF.
