NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 8, 2106 entered in Civil Case No. 14-CA-051541 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 9:00 a.m. on the 8th day of April, 2016 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 18, Block D, Windsor Park, according to the Plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida recorded in Plat Book 6, page 18; said lands situate, lying and being in Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
