NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued out of the County Court of Collier County, Florida, on the 26th day of January, 2016, in the cause wherein Cypress Woods Assoc., LLC is Plaintiff, and Binh C. Tran is Defendant, being Case No. 2009 CA 464, in the said county; I, MIKE SCOTT, as Sheriff of Lee County, Florida, have levied upon all of the right, title, and interest of the Defendant, Binh C. Tran, in and to the following described property to-wit:

and on Thursday, April 21st, 2016, at 2072 Victoria Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida at the hour of 10:00 & 10:30 A.M., respectively, or as soon thereafter as possible, I will offer for sale all of the Defendant's, Binh C. Tran, right, title, and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH IN HAND, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above-described Execution.
