NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008462 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, is Plaintiff and ROBERT BOSTWICK AND CAROLINE BOSTWICK, are defendants. Karen Rushing, Clerk of Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 5th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10 AND 11, BLOCK 51, VENICE BY- WAY, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 61,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
