NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-008084 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACIY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 4, is Plaintiff and PAUL B. BRENNEMAN, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 13th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block D, Georgetowne Subdivision Unit II, According to the plat Thereof, As recorded in plat Book 27, pages 5, 5A, Through 5D of the Public Records of Sarasota County Florida
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
