NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 4, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002912-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Selene Finance LP, is the Plaintiff and Accredited Home Lenders, Inc., an Inactive Florida corporation, Home Saving Mortgage Corporation dba Home Saving Mortgage, a dissolved Florida Corporation, Margaret E. Marshall aka Margaret Frazier aka Margaret Marshall aka Margaret E. Frazier, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 11th of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 16, BLOCK D, FIRST ADDITION TO NEWTOWN HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 199, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
