NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-002569 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2005-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-2, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM RODRIGUEZ, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 13th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The West ½ of Lot 19 of the unrecorded plat of Woodhaven Farms, more particularly described as follows The North ½ of the SW ¼ of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 3, Township 24 South, Range 18 East, Pasco County, Florida, reserving the West 30 feet and the East 30 feet for Road Right of Way.
Property Address: 18314 Deason Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34610
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
