NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-004253-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, Successor by Merger to Union Planters Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and James Ronald Allison a/k/a James R. Allison and Jerry W. Kinnamon are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on April 26, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WEST 30.0 FEET AND LESS THE SOUTH 25.0 FEET FOR ROAD PURPOSES AND LESS THE NORTH 143.66 FEET THEREOF.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN YEAR: 2000, MAKE: JAGUAR, VIN#: GMHGA2359925528A AND VIN#: GMHGA2359925528B, MANUFACTURED HOME, WHICH IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS. AS SUCH IT IS DEEMED TO BE A FIXTURE AND A PART OF THE REAL ESTATE.
