NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 512014CA001797CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and ERIC EMMINGER, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on July 7, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 76, PALM LAKE TRACT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 84, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
