NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Lot 19, Block 4, WYNDHAM LAKES, PHASE 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat book 75, Page 35, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. With the following street address: 19927 Wyndmill Circle, Odessa, Florida, 33556.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 29, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
