and commonly known as: 6228 TIMMONS ROAD, SEFFNER, FL 33584; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on April 13, 2016 at 10:00 AM.
