NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-001253 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which WILMINGTON FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and JAMES JAYCOX; RAMONA JAYCOX; are defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/index.cfm in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 4th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
