NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-012753 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GUSS INVESTMENT, LLC, is the Plaintiff and MARY DELL DARNS; DAVID DARNS; TANYA DARNS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BRITTNEY DARNS; are defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/index.cfm in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 4th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
