MONROE III A/K/A EARL LEO MONROE, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 19th day of April, 2016, the following described property:
THE EAST ½ OF THE SOUTH 396 FEET OF THE SOUTH ½ OF THE EAST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
