NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-003964 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and CAROL-LYNN INSLEY, THOMAS ELTON INSLEY, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A THOMAS INSLEY, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A CHRIS INSLEY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of April, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block 2, BUCKHORN SECOND ADDITION UNIT 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 63, Page(s) 16, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
