PURSUANT TO SECTION 715.109, FLORIDA STATUTES
Notice is hereby given that, on April 5, 2016, at 2:00 PM, at 3409 Swindell Rd., Plant City, Hillsborough County, Florida, Westcliffe Rental Properties, LLC, pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, shall sell at public sale by competitive bidding the following property abandoned by 812 LLC and/or Edward Allen Daniels:
A certain 1984 VILL doublewide mobile home, bearing VIN #06653A and 06653B.
All sales are as-is, where-is, with all faults, for cash, and subject to any and all ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority under law. The landlord, pursuant to statute, reserves the right to bid on the subject property in an attempt to recover unpaid storage costs and costs of advertising.
