NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2016, and entered in 2009 CA 016706 DIV F of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC. ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R2 is the Plaintiff and KATHY MOORE; JOHNNY B. MOORE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA C/O U.S. STATE ATTORNEY, are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 13, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, WIGGINS TRACE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A 1/8TH UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN “PARCEL A” AS SHOWN ON THE MAP OF WIGGINS TRACE, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
