NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2015, and entered in 08-CA-024743 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-AMC2, ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AMC2 is the Plaintiff and JORGE ESCOBAR; FAWN RIDGE MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION INC; CARMEN CRESPO; JORGE VELEZ AVILLA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 14, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
