NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 24, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-005515 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A. SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-HE2 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HE2 is the Plaintiff and YVROSE HILAIRE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YVROSE HILAIRE; AXIOM BANK F/K/A URBAN TRUST BANK, FSB; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
