NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 15, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-003731 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and DIANE MANDILE, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 13, FISH HAWK TRAILS UNIT 4, PHASE 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 85, Page 30, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 6223 Wild Orchid Dr., Lithia, FL 33547-5041
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
