NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-005296, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO COLONIAL BANK BY ACQUISITION OF ASSETS FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER FOR COLONIAL BANK, is Plaintiff and JESSIE MILLER; STATE OF FLORIDA; JUDITH BENNETT; GRANT PARK ADDITION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JEFF HOAGER; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ELSIE MORGAN, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, AND THE NORTH 12 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 37, OF GRANT PARK ADDITION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
