Pottberg; Unknown Spouse of John N. Pottberg; Elizabeth A. Lopez; Unknown Spouse of Elizabeth A. Lopez; Ana E. Torres; If Living, Including any Unknown Spouse of said defendant(s), if remarried, and if deceased, the respective Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustee, and all other persons claiming by, Through, under or against the named defendant (s); Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Premier Mortgage Funding, Inc.; Woodland Lakes Preserve Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Asset Acceptance, LLC; Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County; State of Florida Department of Revenue; Citifinancial, Inc.; United States of America; State of Florida; Orange County, A Political Subdivision of the State of Florida; Advantage Assets II, Inc. Assignee of Citibank (South Dakota), N.A.; Whether Dissolved of Presently Existing, together with any Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, or Trustees of said Defendant(s) and all Other Persons Claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 18th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 128, WOODLAND LAKES PRESERVE UNIT 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGES 137 THROUGH 140, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
