NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 15, 2016, in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
Lot 19, Block 394, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 18, a Subdivision according to Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 4A through 4Q, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 16th day of May, 2016 on-line at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
