NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2015 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 21, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-1973-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ROD KHLEIF; IF LIVING, INCLUDING ANY UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAID DEFENDANT(S), IF REMARRIED, AND IF DECEASED, THE RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THORUHG, UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT(S); FLORIDA FIRST ESCROW COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE 2135 GOLDEN EAGLE CHARITABLE TRUST, DATED JANUARY 1, 2002; CHARLOTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, BUREAU OF ONSITE SEWAGE PROGRAMS; THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH; WHETHER DISSOLVED OR PRESENTLY EXISTING, TOGETHER WITH ANY GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, OR TRUSTEES OF SAID DEFENDANT(S) AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST DEFENDANT(S); UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the day of April 15, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 2758, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 35A THROUGH 35F, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF, CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
