NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 31, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013CA002376AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION, 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 is Plaintiff and MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CLIFTON MARTIN, CYNTHIA J. MARTIN, UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 N/K/A GARY TURNER, UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A KATHLEEN PERRY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of April, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 300 FEET OF THE E ½ OF W ½ OF NE ¼ OF NW ¼ OF SE ¼ OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY OFF WEST SIDE.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
