Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment for Damages , Lien Enforcement and Judicial Sale entered on 3/21, 2016, in Case No. 2015-CC-004581, of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which PALM BAY MHC HOLDINGS, LLC, is the Plaintiff and GARY FREEMAN, ELAINE FREEMAN, ANY UNKNOWN TENANT(s), LAUREN COTE and PAULINE COTE are the Defendants, I, THE MANATEE COUNTY CLERK OF COURTS, will sell at public sale the following property: 2007 Hornet Park Trailer, Vehicle Identification No. 4YDT30 F2777201633. The sale will be held on the 22 day of April, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash at the Manatee County Judicial Center, 1051 Manatee Avenue West, at the Clerk/Cashier Annex, Second Floor, Room 2700, in accordance with §45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
