Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Default Final Judgment and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in this cause, County Court of Manatee County, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Circuit Court & Comptroller, will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 24, Bay Estates North Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1518, Page 2421 through 2491, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 29, Pages 26 through 29, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of April 2016.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
