Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Manatee County, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Circuit Court & Comptroller, will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:

at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of April 2016.
