NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 25, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-009112 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and Raj Rajan; Mary Doe n/k/a Nicole Pirozzolo; John Doe n/k/a Partha Tiruch; First Bank; First Bank Successor to Coast Bank of Florida; Homes of Riviera Dunes Homeowners` Association, Inc. are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on the 28 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 18, ISLAND AT RIVIERA DUNES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 111 THROUGH 115, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
