YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
Commence at the SW corner of Lot 29, same being the Northwesterly corner of Lot 30, Clark Spring Lake Estates Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 24, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; thence North 35 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds West, along the Easterly Right-of-Way line of Holmes Blvd., 81.86 feet; thence North 54 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds East, 138 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue North 54 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds East, 77.21 feet to the Easterly line of said Lot 29; thence South 40 degrees 30 minutes 40 seconds East, along said line, 84.85 feet; thence South 52 degrees 29 minutes 20 seconds West, along the Southerly line of said Lot 29, 72.59 feet; thence North 35 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds West, 69.52 feet; thence South 54 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds West, 12.0 feet; thence North 35 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds West, 17.5 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Together with and subject to an easement for ingress, egress, 5 foot walkway, utility and drainage over the Westerly 12 feet of the Northerly 17.5 feet.
Together with that certain private road easement as more particularly described in O.R. Book 1039, Page 1341, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, P.A., whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, FL 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
