Skeen a/k/a Gregory Skeen, Manatee County, Melynda Lynn Skeen also known as Melynda L. Skeen a/k/a Melinda L. Skeen a/k/a Melynda Lynne Skeen, United States of America, Secretary of Housing & Urban Development, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 21st of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
