Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 10, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
SOUTH 87 FEET OF THE NORTH 402 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING WEST OF SCOTT LAKE ROAD, LESS THE WEST 490 FEET THEREOF.
and commonly known as: 5719 SCOTT LAKE RD, LAKELAND, FL 33813; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on May 10, 2016 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
