NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 4 March, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-003869-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Prospect Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Lynn Mathison, The Independent Savings Plan Company dba ISPC, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 19th of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
