TURNER A/K/A JOAN P. TURNER PRICE; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOAN P. TURNER A/K/A JOAN P. TURNER PRICE, DECEASED; JANSEN TURNER AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JOAN P. TURNER PRICE A/K/A JOAN P. TURNER, DECEASED; JANSEN TURNER; JERALD C.
