Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:
LOT 329, CITRUS WOODS ESTATES, UNIT NUMBER FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGES 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MOBILE HOME WITH VIN #T239P7358A, TITLE #17466137 AND VIN #T239P7358B, TITLE #17466136 - WHICH HAS BEEN RETIRED.
