NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 25, 2016, and entered in Case No. 1302884CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMC Specialty Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and, Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, Barclays Bank Delaware, Teresa A. Espildora, Unknown Party in Possession of the Subject Property n/k/a Marison Gonzalez, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 14 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
