NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2016, entered in Case No. 36-2014-CA-051367 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Robert L. Harris Jr. A/K/A Robert J. Harris; Beverly M. Harris A/K/A Beverly Harris; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; City Of Fort Myers; Tenant #1; Tenant #2 TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on April 18, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 66, SABAL PALM GARDENS, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 52 AND 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
