NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-CA-054706 in the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Chase Mortgage Finance Trust Series 2005-A2, Plaintiff, and, WILLIAM CASTANO, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 9:00AM, on the 18 day of July, 2016 the following described property:
LOT 52 AND 53, BLOCK 1689, UNIT 64, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 82 THROUGH 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
