NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2016, and entered in 14-CA-052016 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROSANNE STOTT, DECEASED; JEFF HEINRICH; JEFF HEINRICH, AS NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ROSANNE STOTT, DECEASED; ALLY BANK are the Defendant(s).
