NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-51459 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Fort Myers, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder, for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on this 18 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 101, UNIT 1, COUNTRY LAKES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS SHOWN IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 12 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1985 PALM DOUBLE WIDE HOME PH-062483A AND PH062483B.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
