NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 21, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050091 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank NA, successor trustee to Bank of America, NA, successor in interest to LaSalle Bank NA, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, WMALT Series 2007-OA3, is the Plaintiff and, Lon R. Woods a/k/a Lon Woods, Unknown Party #1 nka Eddie D. Wilder, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 5 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
