NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 18, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050392 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BUSEY BANK, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL CARLIP A/K/A MICHAEL A. CARLIP, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF HARRY CARLIP, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 56, Block B, TIMBERWALK AT THREE OAKS, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 81, Pages 65 through 70, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
