AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-12 is the Plaintiff and JAMES J. FORBES; FAY ANNETTE FORBES are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Cir5uit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on July 18, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
