RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 7, 2016 and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050930 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and PENNY J. VAUGHT A/K/A PENNY J. CALDER A/K/A JUDITH PENNY CALDER A/K/A JUDITH PENNY VAUGHT AS TRUSTEE OF THE VAUGHT JOINT RECOVERABLE TRUST CREATED UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 1998, AS RESTATED AND AMENDED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 231, Waterway Estates of Fort Myers, Unit 2, Section 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 132-133 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
