NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of November, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2013 ca 004345 nc, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and PATSY G. DAVISON; MYAKKA VALLEY RANCHES IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC.; HAL L. DAVISON, JR., AKA HAL L. DAVISON and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 18thday of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 28 AND 30, UNIT 1, MYAKKA VALLEY RANCHES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 19 AND 19A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
