NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 15, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015 CA 003497 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR MFRA TRUST 2015-1 is Plaintiff and RYAN T. RHEINLANDER AKA RYAN THOMAS RHEINLANDER AKA RYAN RHEINLANDER; MARK D. MOLINOWSKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RYAN T. RHEINLANDER AKA RYAN THOMAS RHEINLANDER AKA RYAN RHEINLANDER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FIFTH THIRD BANK (SOUTH FLORIDA); are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 19 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK B, A REPLAT OF MELODY HEIGHTS UNIT NO.1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
